to record all our goods and bads as we go because I don't remember what I eat for lunch today good luck tomorrow and so yeah that's that's kind of how it works yeah but you're recording those things throughout the life cycle not only at the end like a retrospective right yeah and the retrospective just shrinks it down to every two weeks and the retrospective is like a very focused like lesson learned thing so you're dead on right let's do it continuously and then it's like it's key points with the lesson learned let's like double down and squeeze to be like what else cause like if you squeeze at the end you're gonna get some stuff but you're probably gonna get the stuff at the end people are so tired that they're just like whatever so it's like let's keep squeezing as we go through and then the retro just to go on there it's like we are doing less and learn but we are tactically embedding in continuous improvement as we go to be like hey it's cool to gripe about problems I love it dude let's write them down but let's just pick one and let's figure out how we can get better and then let's set up the experiment for two weeks to be like yo we're gonna do it and then we're gonna see did it work or did it not work if it worked sweet if not let's make it better and then let's keep it going so that's what they're trying to do embed continuous improvement into the game
