Value Stream Mapping

Whenever I start teaching value stream mapping in any PMP training I take, my students will unanimously give me two feedbacks. A group of people used to say, Gautham, we already studied value stream mapping, but we did not understand it. Other group used to say that gautham, we kind of understood, but we really don't know how to apply this in practice.

After listening to this feedback, I will be requesting my students to give me 10 minutes and within that 10 minutes I'll be explaining the concept behind value stream mapping.
